PM Modi tears into UPA’s ‘A,B,C mentality’

He accused UPA of corruption and misgovernance and said that his government had moved away from the “A,B,C mentality — A for avoiding, B for burying and C for confusing”. “Instead of avoiding an issue, we dealt with it; instead of burying it, we dug it out and communicated with the people; and instead of confusing the system, we demonstrated a solution was possible,” he said.
